Help me pick (holiday party outfit)
Since it's been so slow, I'll ask for fashion help. We decided last minute to go to DH's work holiday party. It's not super fancy, but dressy. I have a black dress I wore to a couple weddings this fall that our friend who has gone to the party before said I should wear. The problem is it is sleeveless and I'm always cold! I had a hell of a time finding something to go with it for the weddings in the fall, and eventually just gave up. I can never find a wrap and cardigans/sweaters have to be just the right fit to look okay with the dress.
But now I'm back on the hunt with no time (party is Friday). I've found 2 possibilities and that's it. Either look okay? Which one should I go with. I'm not super happy with either, but I need something to wear since its sleeveless!

Option 2 I really don't like how it looks open. It doesn't really cling to my body (not tight enough) so I think it looks bad that way. But I can figure out a way to clip it so it's closed.
