Where to buy pet meds

I was buying flea/tick meds at vet and now go to a new vet that doesnt carry this brand and I would like to stick to the old stuff.  The old vet will no longer sell it to me since I am not a client.  So I need to find them elsewhere.  I looked at 1800 petmeds but it was actually cheaper at the vet.  Any other ideas that you all have had success with and that might be a little less expensive.  I dont really carre about price but I dont really want to pay more and shipping if I dont have to.  I also dont want to buy from a site I am not sure of and where they might be coming from.  Thanks for any reccomendations

Re: Where to buy pet meds

  • We get frontline at Costco.

  • I have used Dr. Foster and Smith and been happy with them.

    http://www.drsfostersmith.com/

They run free shipping on flea/tick treatments often, and have free shipping for orders over $49. They carry all the popular treatments. We now get it at our vet since we get a discount.

  • We use www.petcarerx.com most of the time. We've also used Dr. Foster & Smith in the past.

  • i use either 1800 pet meds or petcarerx. you can find coupon codes online to use and often if you are on there for a while something will pop up giving you 20% off if you order right then. i just open up both and go through putting in the cart, applying coupon codes, seeing if that 20% thing pops up and do whichever is cheapest.
