We're in the home stretch for Christmas and New Year's. What is still on your to-do list?
Re: holidays -- home stretch
Hah. I have almost everything left to do. We went into serious baby prep mode when I hit 37 weeks and I'm just now getting back into the xmas stuff.
I have my family's presents purchased but only half wrapped. That has to be done by Saturday when we celebrate with them (before my brother leaves for CA to spend the holiday with his bf's family).
Then I need to get a few more (cheap) stocking stuffers for me and DH, and wrap all of DS's gifts. Plus find a mini-tree of some persuasion and decorate that. Since baby's arrival could be any day, we didn't want to worry about buying, setting up, and taking down a real tree this year so we want more of a tabletop tree that is easy to handle and can be kept out of DS's reach.
If we manage to get all of that done and I haven't had a baby yet, I'll work on a menu and plan for Christmas day for just the 3 of us. I have no idea what to make!
