Appropriate Xmas Gift for In-Home Daycare Provider?
Hi ladies,
I'm lucky enough to have the older sister of a close friend watch Gabriel while I'm at work. She charges me a very low daily rate. She also has 5 children of her own.
I've bought something for each of the kids, but wanted to do something nice for her and her husband.
I was thinking an extra week of what I normally pay her. I can afford to do that and I think she totally deserves it. I'm a fan of cash as a gift. Does that seem gratuitous or like not enough? I'm struggling here!
