Sigh, back to the drawing board.
I tried to make these for my students as a "Happy Winter Break" gift:
and it was a total disaster! They're basically chocolate covered Oreos on a stick. I was having issues melting the chocolate and I ended up wasting an entire bar. The cookies kept breaking, too! So frustrating!
So who wants to give me a new idea?

J: were you using a double boiler?
I used the same stuff that I got when I made the Oreo truffles for Valentine's Day last year, so I really don't understand why it didn't work. And I did use a double boiler!
