So how are things going ladies? I know that since I have been sick, I have barely eaten anything so I am hoping to have lost a little. I kno;0w that it is a horrible way to lose weight, but I'll take anything I can get right now.

I've just been trying to maintain over the holidays. I'm going to start running in Jan for a 5K in March, lately I've been doing the Arc Trainer for 20 mins, trying to rebuild some muscles with that and ST. Eating is here and there... so many holiday goodies!
I'm pretty sure my motivation is hiding out with my christmas spirit!
Each week I get worse. I gained a half a pound last week and my goal this week was to lose 2. I think I have gained 2 since Monday. I am hoping to work out next week and motivate since I'll be home.
There was an Amazon local deal for pilates classes nearby. It was for 5 group mat or machine classes and 1 private lesson for $70. For this area, that's a good deal. I may buy it to motivate myself again.
Hopefully this weekend isn't too terrible with a friend's daughter's first birthday and some holiday celebrations with friends!
I have not had the motivation to eat well or exercise. I recently got a new job that I am very happy about, but I make less money so the only expendable thing that I could cut was the gym membership:( So I have not exercised much either.
I have gained about 5-10 pounds since the wedding and I feel horrible about it. I am hopefully going to turn this around and do better about eating right, walking/jogging after the new year.
