Just curious how everyone is doing preparing for Christmas...
Is your shopping done?
Do you have parties planned for this weekend?
What are you doing on Christmas day?
And - How concerned are you about the world ending tomorrow!?
My shopping is not done yet.. My dad and brother are so hard to buy for! And I still have quite a few presents to wrap.
We are traveling on Saturday for Christmas with my mom's side of the family.. I'm excited!
Christmas day we will go to my parents in the morning. Have breakfast and all that. Then go to his family in the afternoon for dinner. His mom sent us a text that we are having Chinese food for dinner.
As far as the world ending - We are supposed to get just enough snow tonight to make my drive into work a pain. I told my boss I just wasn't going to come in tomorrow - not sure what time it's supposed to end, but I'd rather just stay home. Ha!

Re: It's slow around here!
Is your shopping done? - I think so, I will need to find that out this weekend when I finish wrapping. But I'm pretty sure, yes
Do you have parties planned for this weekend? I do not believe so, unless our work holiday lunch counts
What are you doing on Christmas day? Going to my parents in the morning, his mothers in the early afternoon and then off to my Aunt's in the evening.
And - How concerned are you about the world ending tomorrow!? Well there's a snowstorm tonight, so we shall see. I'm just worried about my drive home, I did tell my boss I will leave early to avoid it, let's see how that goes.
Is your shopping done? I believe I just have one more gift card to buy. But, we'll see when I finish wrapping this weekend! :-) I hope I'm done because I'm already over budget!
Do you have parties planned for this weekend? Nope. DH works Friday night, all day Saturday, and Sunday during the day. Boo! I'm hoping we can go drive around looking at lights Saturday night, but I doubt DH will want to since he'll have to be up Sunday morning. Double boo!
What are you doing on Christmas day? We're going to my parents house in the morning for breakfast and to open gifts. We'll head to his side of the family around lunch time and eat lunch with them and do all that jazz. Don't know when we'll open our gifts together!
And - How concerned are you about the world ending tomorrow!? Nope. Definitely don't get into that type of thing. However....I am hoping for some snow!
TTC since June 2012
Is your shopping done? Mostly, just need to get stocking stuffers
Do you have parties planned for this weekend? Nope, just work
What are you doing on Christmas day? Sleep and not much else
And - How concerned are you about the world ending tomorrow!? I would be thrilled because then I wouldn't have to work anymore 14 hour days. Eternal rest sounds pretty appealing right now.
Is your shopping done? Have not even started. We are flying to our families so it will probably be gift cards all around this year :P
Do you have parties planned for this weekend? We just got back from my work's party. Sunday is H's family get together.
What are you doing on Christmas day? We will be with my family at my parent's house. It's going to be a pretty full house.
And - How concerned are you about the world ending tomorrow!? I think it's garbage and I was so sick of kids today arguing with each other about it. I finally had to say "No end of the world talk!"
Is your shopping done? Yes!
Do you have parties planned for this weekend? Nope we're boring.
What are you doing on Christmas day? Opening gifts at home. Then heading over to spend the rest of the day at his Aunt and Uncles.
And - How concerned are you about the world ending tomorrow!? I wasn't and it didn't. Then H and I read two different things stating that its all about astrology. How the 21st is the start of a new age due to the ruling sign. That makes so much more sence then the world bursting into flame and other such nonsense. I did go run errands yesterday and it was an unusually calm and quiet day for being so close to Christmas. Guess everyone was worn out from the late night end of the world parties.
