Lena update!
Hi girls! I know the board is basically dead but Lena (perfectlove09) texted me and wanted me to post the following update:
" Baby girl is here! No name yet, 7 lbs 2 oz 20 inches. Woke up at 5 am, hospital by 5:30 she was here by 9:50 same morning. Both doing good 
"

her name is Alivia Mya.
Im kinda sad the board is so slow now. I'd love to come here and talk with you all about her
I have to say this short labor was not a good thing. I did progress astonishingly fast but things weren't going well. Vacuum, episiotomy, internal tearing ... Ok I'll give details / birth story later. Writing this out is making me hurt.
Important thing is she's here and we're both doing awesome.

Oh great..my family is known for short labors. As in, my doctor told me once contractions become time able to get my asss to the hospital.
Can't wait to hear her birth story...sorry about the vaccum/tearing though! Ouch!

I love her name! That would have been one of my top choices except it's our nieces middle name.
I hear you on the short labor not being good. Sounds like a good idea in theory, btu I just dont think your body has enough time to adjust.
I hope you are healing well and things are going good. Feel free to keep updating, I think a lot of us stop by here still.
