Gift idea for someone that likes to sew?
I am trying to think of a gift for my Mother In Law. Is there anything that you cannot live without or love or just plain want? She sews a lot of doll clothes, pajamas, etc for her grandchildren.

My Valentine Bookends (2~13~13, 2~15~09)
Ditto PP. She's probably got all the gadgets she needs. Maybe something sewing related, but not necessarily to be used for sewing.
Hand cream - especially if she sews by hand. Mine hands can get really dry.
If you know what kind of rotary cutter she has, you could get her new blades. I feel like I'm always buying replacements.
If she doesn't have one, an Ott lamp. http://www.joann.com/search/_ott/
Subscription to a sewing magazine?
Book about sewing? Head over to your local book store for something like "One-Yard Wonders- 101 Sewing projects" or maybe something specifically geared towards the ages of her grandkids.
Nightgown that says "keep calm and sew on"
"Because I said sew" print in a pretty frame
