Well? What did Santa bring you?
Re: Well? What did Santa bring you?
I think my most loved gift was a quilt that my great-great-grandmother, who was born in 1877, made (every bit of it by hand). My Nanny gave my sisters and I each one. They are amazing... and true vintage, so they're SO SOFT. Perfect lounging on the couch quilts.
Mine is made from 2x2 squares of all of my great aunts and great uncles clothes from when they were kids. It's so cool.
Other goodies: a Fossil purse/bag, a Kindle Fire HD, random goodies, and gift cards. Oh, and H is 'giving' me a decent 'shopping spree' in The Pink Pistol (Miranda Lambert's new store in Tishamingo). We're planning on taking a small detour through there on our way to Dallas (for the bowl game) next week.
Dyson animal ball, new pots & pans, a double pump (sad but I'm excited), an ottoman for my living room that I picked out, a few cute outfits for the baby, lounge wear, makeup, an OU hoodie, a gift card to bed bath & beyond, and some bath stuff from Lush.
I have the freaking flu so I was quarantined to my parents house while everyone went to my grandparents' houses. It was sad. I still don't feel good!!
There are so many toys in my living room right now. I am terrified to even think about organizing them all.
Boymom--the flu?! Boo, I'm sorry you're sick
I got a necklace and earrings, perfume, a pair of TOMS, a cute t-shirt, a handheld Dyson, a picture frame room divider, and an iPhone 5. And my grandma found my old tball glove so my mom gave that to me to hand down to G:). G got a ton of clothes, toys, books, bath toys, an activity table, and several puzzles.
My parents got me a remote start for my car - I'm a little too excited about something that I don't really need [but will totally appreciate on the super cold or hot days]. Also got some new pajama pants, Sephora gift cards, wine, cutting boards, birthstone necklaces for JJ and Devon, and stuff from Teavana that I got while H was here.
Now, if only we could dig out so I can get the remote start installed...got at least 4-5 inches of snow in Lawton yesterday.
my bookshelf!
Bloggy
I got a new lens and tripod for my camera, which I can't wait tonplay with more. I also got some new makeup, some workout clothes, a new coat (which I have to exchange because I have man arms), and a giant coach overnight bag.
Money for my new flute fund (from H, mom, and MIL), new pj pants with music notes on them, some books, some jewelry, scarves, fun socks, a couple of new throws, a cardigan, a new cutting board, stuff for the dog and cats, and some other small things in the stocking.
Ladies, it sounds to me like we cleaned it up!
I got a Clarisonic Mia 2, a nook (yay!), a new pair of gloves (OMG, I love them so much, probably my favorite gift, lame, I know), the Urban Decay Naked 2 pallette, and a pair of Jason Wu modified Mary Janes that I had been eyeing for quite some time. Thanks to Snowful for help with these gifts, btw. Bestest friend EVER.
Cash from both sets of our parents, new purse (I'll try to PIP), jewelry, and some other odds and ends.
DS made out like a bandit. Bookcase, toy box, PB Kids armchair, books, toys, rocking horse, etc. We only got him a carseat. lol.

This bag in cognac.
I'm normally not a Coach fan, but I like this bag. MIL picked it out for me all on her own.
What an awesome gift!!
