Ok ladies,
My boyfriends father has plenty of money so he doesn't really NEED anything and if he wanted something he'd get it.
He was a stock broker and then CEO of a company. His interests are business, business, business and golf. He's strategic, he likes games but those are family gifts.
I'm trying to find something for him...thats unique.
The family doesnt even know what to get him they always get him something golf related. I dont want to doom him to golf themed gifts.
He loves wine but, he's got racks of it and they're like $50+ bottles so its not like a nice bottle would even be a decent gift.
I'm so lost.
Re: Gift Idea Help!
I got my uncle this "wine" game which I saw in the NapaStyle catalog - but got it cheaper on Amazon.

Food is always good. Maybe a nice cheese basket or dessert basket.
Otherwise matbe something sports related - does he have a team he watches?
I also like a nice leather photo album for photos.
Movies or books are good too.
Also - this is a great book - wine related. Great reviews, my husband really liked it and it is next up on my list.

My dad's a wino with no wine fridge. So I bought him one of those automatic wine chillers.
But for someone who has everything and the means to buy everything else, why not something sentimental or something homemade? A photo of the two of you? A handmade scarf (can you knit)? Enroll him in your personal "cookie of the month club" (means you have to make/bring him cookies every month though)?
Good luck.
I thought of wine, but they have like a whole big wine rack that is the length, width of a high wall. And food, I already cook often for them, i make cookies about once a week and they're all on a diet so they call me the devil.?
I make up big plates of cookies at Christmas.
They have tons of $$ olive oil, otherwise I'd like that idea.
?Nope, not into sports.??
?See why he's so difficult??
I think I know the story of the billionaire wine, i think it was a movie i saw. Not sure he'd read it tho.
And photo frame of the two of us is prob too sentimental for me just yet, tho i would do it in the future.?
