Buyer Realtors north of Boston?
Hello Nesties!
I am looking to buy my first house! I have been checking out houses and decided on an area that I want. Now it is time to find a realtor!
But who!?
Does anyone in the north-of-Boston area (think from Burlington and Woburn towards Lowell and Chelmsford region) have any realtor recommendations or suggestions to help me along?
Thank you!

We loved her!
I'd be happy to help any buyers looking in metrowest Boston or north shore communities. Smart, first time buyers are some of my favorite clients!
My role is providing you with solid information about communities, the current market, and the buying process. I don't pressure clients to purchase and respect working at different speeds--breakneck fast or more deliberate. You are the decision makers and I respect that.
Beyond getting you into properties right as they come on the market, I will help you create a team of professionals that support you fully through the purchase process. Having a trustworthy lawyer, inspector, and lender that are competent AND actually there for you at a moment's notice can save you many dollars and lots of heartache.
There is never a fee for my services as a buyer's agent. I am a full-time agent and absolutely love my job. Please let me know what I can do for you! www.anncohenrealestate.com.
Warm regards,
Ann
