Happy New Year everyone!!
Guess what today's QOTD is? What is your New Year's resolution this year? How long do you think that you are going to be able to stick with it?

Happy New Year everyone=)
my new years resolution is to stop cursing so much, i have a trucker mouth sometimes and its horrible, its usually when i get mad...i need to stop
I also want to make sure i keep working out as much as I can!
1. I plan to start 2013 back on the 17 day diet. My first goal is 20 lbs. When I'm on phase 2 I'm going to start training for a 5K in March. Then another 5K in June.
2. I have a 2 year plan to be debt free besides the house. We should be able to pay off half our debt with taxes and get our emergency fund back up. Then I'd like to work on the other half and get 6 months in savings before we TTC
I am resolving to get back to the gym. I know that I need to and we want to start trying for a family next december, so I really need to get my body into better shape.
We also plan to save lots of money to buy a house so that means scraping up every penny to go to savings and to pay down some debt that we have.
I'd like to get back into 5K racing shape. I ran a lot in 2011, but the wedding took up most of my free time in 2012 so I didn't keep up with my training plans. I haven't run a 5K since the end of 2011, and I'd really like to get back to it. I'm going to sign up for some spring 5Ks to motivate me to get back to a training plan.
Second goal is to save money! We want to take our honeymoon to Italy as soon as I finish my Ph.D. (another 2013 goal) so we need to save for that. Also, we'll probably be moving shortly after Ph.D., so we need to save for moving expenses.
Mine are pretty generic...exercise more/be healthier. In addition, I have terrible posture, so I hope to improve my posture in 2013. I was very conscious of it at the wedding so luckily I'm not slouching in most photos.
For the posture, I hope it sticks. The exercise/healthier, I'll probably stick to it until the end of January. That usually doesn't stick well with me.
Happy New Year everyone!!
This year I would like to pay off my credit card debt. I have made giant progress on one of them, with the help of H.
I would like to drink more water, eat less bad food.
Do more things together as a couple that do not include going out to eat or spending a lot of money.
I think they will last a while and hopefully paying off the CC debt will last a lifetime!
It's the usual for me too- eating better and working out.
Also, I'd like to pay down our debt and start saving again.
