This is true and in California they will recognize Kris as the father until DNA is testing is done. This is what I heard on the radio and read in an article. I think it is total BS and Kris just needs to give her a divorce and she needs to give him back the ring he gave her and put it behind them. Neither one of them were in love with each other-he liked the publicity just as much as her.
This is true. She IS still married and CA law states that when a person is pregnant and married, the baby is assumed to be the husband until further proof is presented.
The issue with their marriage is that he wants an annulment so he can state fraud and she wants an actual divorce. She refuses to grant him an annulment because she thinks the fraud claim with ruin her brand. News flash lady: having a divorce drag on for over a year after a 72 day marriage, then getting knocked up with your boyfriend's baby while still married to your husband is brand ruining. She needs to grant him the annulment and move on. He wants the ring back too but they had a prenup that states she gets to keep it.
