Well it's hard to say. Is it something about you as a person that she doesn't like or did you do something super shady?
It takes more then flowers and sweet talk to win over a woman. You have to show with your actions that your willing to work with her.
If this is at all related to your other post about how you cheated on your girlfriend, then no amount of "little things" will win her back until you've established some trust again. You screwed up, which means you have some major damage control to do now (assuming she doesn't decide to dump you from her life entirely).
If this is in fact in regards to something else, then you need to give some more details as to what is going on that you feel the need to win this girl's heart back. It's hard to give specific ideas, or even generalizations, without having a basic idea of what is going on.
She may not take you back, but she might. If you cheated, make your life and what you do/where you are an open book. Answer any question she has. If you say you'll be home at 10, be there by 10. The only way to make her feel secure and learn to trust again is to do exactly what you say you will do.
Be thoughtful. Bring home her favorite meal, help out around the house, clean up after yourself. Take her out. Let her be sad or upset if she needs to be, but make it clear that you are really sorry.
Buy her a new car and a house in her name only, this way when you cheat again she will have a house she can kick you out of and a car to run you over with.
Or the Hope Diamond, whatever.
