Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Thursday Confessions
I confess I really wish I could pick a new BIL. This one drives me crazy and the only reason I am nice to his face is for H but even H wants to punch him. I want to understand one day how the decisions I make in MY life seem to still be about him. Get over yourself!!

I confess that I need a TALL HARD Drink! OMG....I am so ready to scream...I hate my job sometimes...sigh
I already had my boiling point at work and had a talk with 2 of the managers about some of the issues that have been happening and got that off my chest and felt 10 times better...yeah well..that was until i just got a NASTY text from my one coworker
I am Lead in my department but I am such a nice easy going person there that I dont enforce it unless needed...well...its needed and I left a note at work for EVERYONE including myself..that we dont have any downtime and always have tanks to scrub etc...well she took offense and basically told me to go to hell and Im not her boss and just her coworker so kiss her ass....yeah well...sorry girl..I am above you and Im tired of our department manager getting heat put on her because we failing to do everything right back there and so I try stepping up and bam..this happens...UGHHH I am so not looking forward to sunday when we have our christmas party gift exchange(Thank god I dont have her lol) ...$hit gonna hit the fan
