Weekend Plans?

Let's keep this board moving today!!!

What's up for the weekend?

Tonight is the usual take out...maybe a movie or going to bed early.

Saturday DH has a football playoff draft at our neighbors and they are having others over as well, so we are all heading there.

Other than that we don't have any real plans, so I am planning to relax and recover from the holidays.  I have a few returns to do and things to organize from the holidays, but mostly I plan to just take it easy!

Re: Weekend Plans?

  • Tonight: no plans...and we don't even have DVR to catch up on since there's been nothing on this week.  Maybe a movie...although we just watched the Dark Knight the other night, so I don't know that I have the attention span for 2 movies in one week.

The rest of the weekend: NO PLANS!!  I'm pretty pumped.  I need to do the usual grocery shopping and laundry, but aside from that we don't have anything we have to get done, which makes me happy.  My mom bought me a membership to sam's club, so I'd like to check that out at some point, I haven't been in awhile.

  • Not sure. Tonight we were supposed to have friends over. But I wasn't feeling great last night then dd woke up early this morning having thrown up. So we are both home today. Not sure if we truly have a stomach bug or what!

dh is going over to a friends house tomorrow night so I plan to just read or watch something tomorrow night. Otherwise a very boring weekend on tap

  • Tonight: date night! We're going to Bistro 19 in Mt. Lebo and will probably come home and watch Breaking Bad on Netflix, b/c we are addicted.

Tomorrow: I'm cleaning, the boys will probably go skating.

Tomorrow night: neighbors and their kids come over for pizza.

Sunday: no idea. I would like to go through my closet and drawers and donate stuff.

  • not much planned for me, hopefully I can kick this cold and enjoy the weekend.  I think I am going with the neighbor and the girls to the library tomorrow.  K has to travel for work  next week, so probably would be smart to get the house in order to make life easier for me for those few days of single parenting.

Jen, We got addicted to Breaking Bad on Netflix over Christmas vacation last year. After we started, we were obsessed and did nothing else while we went through the first few seasons. Have fun with that :)

My entire weekend revolves around putting all our Christmas stuff away. I've done our dishes, but I'm dreading taking all the trees down. I love putting them up, but taking them down is another story.

I have a bad cold, so I also want to spend some time napping, if Jackson, who's glued to me at all times when I'm home, will let me.

  • Tonight - taking the kids to eat somewhere right after I pick them up because Noah has basketball practice at 6 and the boys and I have haircuts starting at 7.  Busy Friday night!

Tomorrow - my big plans of de-Christmasing my house changed when my inlaws decided they were coming to visit.  Blah.  I might make Walt get up early and get it all put away in the morning.  I'll go to zumba at 10.  Noah has a basketball game at 3, so we'll all go to that and then probably out to eat.

Sunday - take the tree down, more of the getting my house back to normal, laundry and a trip to Sam's club.

  • Tonight-Probably not much, maybe get some pizza. Nathan worked at 4 am so I am not thinking he will be up for much. I am going to try to clean up the house a bit and put the rest of the clutter away from Christmas, not decorations since Orthdox Christmas isn't until Monday.

Saturday- Nathan is hunting. I am going to my TRX class in the morning then hopefully going to look at a dress I am considering for my sister's wedding which is in 4 mons from today so I need to decide. Got one but I am still lusting after another one. We are also making my mom go with us so she can find a dress. Then probably to dinner with my parents.

Sunday-We are getting rid of our current couches and getting new to us from my parents. So freaking excited.

  • I'm definitely not ready to take the decorations down yet. All of the presents haven't even found a final home.

Not too many plans. Heather has soccer tomorrow and I have a massage. Sunday I am teaching a class. Otherwise the usual and maybe something fun like bowling. And I have a phone date with my high school BFF.

I hope to tackle the reorganization of the craft area (lots of new stuff from Christmas) and choose some more toys to move up to Todd's room. I'd love to get out one of Heather's new puzzles to work on as a family. I think one of them has over 100 pieces!

  • Not much going on this weekend. Cleaning today, pizza night tonight. Dance tomorrow then probably running to Marshall's. Lazy day on Sunday. May take Lanna for a mani b/c she's been wanting one!
  • i also am in the de-Christmassing camp.  boo! I love putting it up but dread taking it down.

we have ambitious plans of taking down three trees, going to the chiropractor, going to my nieces basketball game, going to a friend's gender reveal party (didn't know people did this IRL!), watching copious amounts of Walking Dead, and hopefully getting to RPM for some returns.

  • Tonite - wrap Keira's gifts & decorate the house for her bday.  Hopefully take some Christmas decorations down in the meantime but I doubt my husband will let me.

Tomorrow - Keira's bday.  Me = therapy in am; girls going swimming at Y with John, then off to pottery painting, the mall playground and California Pizza Kitchen for dinner!   Throw in some grocery shopping and getting ready for Keira's party next week.

Sunday - teaching Children's Liturgy at 8:30 mass & then hopefully "de-Christmassing" the house.  We'll see.
