  A few friends and I were just talking about this on New Years Eve. I personally do not believe in past lives but one of the ladies I was talking to said she has done a past life regression and it was disturbing. This came up because I told that story that I recently attended a conference and I overheard a woman telling the person sitting next to her that she wants to have a past life regression done because she is certain that in a past life she was a Revolutionary War solider who died at Gettysburg. It took every ounce of self control I have not to burst out laughing...guess in her past life the battle at Gettysburg took place during the Revolutionary War instead of the Civil War.

  HA! I don't think I would have stopped myself from busting out laughing. Especially since I just did!

   

  I don't believe in past or future lives. I do believe in an afterlife of some type though.

  Sometimes I do wonder if there is such things as a past life.  I never really thought so until I started dating DH.  When I would talk to him it was more like talking to a friend that you hadn't spoken to for years.  It was like we were just catching up on things.  I don't know if it was just our chemistry or if we really did know each other in a past life...

  Nope.  I watched an old episode of My Fair Wedding recently.  The chick on there thought she was Indian or an elephant in India in her past life and she saw this regressionist lady that basically just told her what she wanted to hear.  I thought they both sounded crazy pants.

  I've never really given it much serious thought.  I guess if believing in God and that he is the creator of every thing, then it's not that much more of stretch in believing that he can give us a new life once the first one is up.  Idk, just throwing thoughts out there.  I do believe, and hope, in an afterlife.
