ASSistant strikes again. I know what you're thinking. 'But Janet, you don't work with her anymore!' Well, I don't. But ST does. And I asked ST last week if her class could possibly start saving their empty milk cartons for me. I need some for a project and my school gets milk in little jugs, not cartons. ST said it was no problem, she'd be happy to help. After all, I've done so much for her (her words, not mine). And then I got a text today...no cartons.
You see, ASSistant is the one who takes the kids to lunch and she doesn't want to help collect the cartons. It's too much of a hassle. She might have to touch them. It's too crazy in the cafeteria.
Funny, because whenever I needed the kids to collect their cartons while I was still teaching there, I just sent one of them down to the cafeteria with a box and they all just threw the cartons in it. And the same kid brought the box back. She didn't have to do a darn thing.
Still screwing me over without even being in the same building. Well played, crazy lady.
