Book worms, what are you starting the new years reading?
I'm almost done listening to Savor the Moment - Nora Roberts' Bride Quartet #3. Really cute easy reads!
I'm in the middle of Feast for Crows - George RR Martin (Game of Thrones #4), then Bitten - Kelley Armstong became available at the eLibrary. Now I have two other available to get. AH! Wish I could read instead of work...

Re: Whatcha reading?
I got a Nook for Christmas for DH and a $40 GC to go with it from MIL so I have been buying books left and right!!
Anyways, I just finished Hopeless by Colleen Hoover which was really good and now I am on to The Coincedence of Callie and Kayden by Jessica Sorensen.
Julie - I LOVED the Hunger Game series. I want to start reading the Divergent series soon.
YAY nook! I love mine!
I LOVED Divergent! AHHH I can't wait for the fall for the 3rd book to come out!
I just started reading What to Expect Before You're Expecting. H said he will read it when I'm done.
We're hoping to start TTC very soon so I'm practical reading right now!
I finished the Hunger Games series a few months ago and loved it!
I just finished Michael J Fox's book "Always Looking Up"...it was excellent! I'm a neuroscientist and do research related to Parkinson's disease, so it was interesting to read his perspective on the disease and on stem cell research.
I just started "Do Life" by Ben Davis. I've been reading his blog for a few years now and he just came out with his book. He lost 120 pound through running and a lifestyle change. I'm a runner, and the first time I watched his You Tube video I cried! It's so inspiring!

I say about a third of the way through. If a book doesn't catch me, I have a really hard time getting through it. It happened with The Help. I tried to read it, but I could not get into it so I stopped.
i always finish all books, i always hope they will get better sometimes it takes forever!!! lol i really should just give up sometimes!!! i just started reading Gone Girl , by Gillian Flynn
so far so good < the book comes highly recommended from a few people>
I have been reading Mockingjay for what seems like FOREVER. I loved the 1st book...I could not put it down...2nd book was meh, it was just alright but not terrible. For some reason though I just cannot get into the 3rd one. I'm almost 70% of the way through it and it seems like NOTHING has happened. So far, it sucks. It's really annoying. I just wanna finish the book and get it over with but so far it's been hard to get into and get excited to read it. I hope it picks up. It's taking a really long time. Lol.
Cathy, I had a hard time reading the Help until about 40% in. I thought it was because it was the first book I read on the Kindle. It ended up getting really good. It took about 6 or 8 months to read the first 40% and about 2 days to read the remainder.
I am into teen lit because I hated reading when I was a teenager. I am currently reading Lauren Conrad's newest book, Starstruck. This series is a spin off of her last and I don't like it as much. We'll see.
I just finished "Over You," written by Emma McLaughlin and Nicola Kraus (they wrote "The Nanny Diaries"). It was cute. I liked their sequel to "The Nanny Diaries" better and their other book "Dedication."
I have been reading "Mini-Shopaholic" for a while, over a year. It's so repetitive from the other Shopaholics so I don't love it. I just want to get through it.
I am also reading "The Money Class" and "Women and Money" by Suze Orman.
I recommend the Crossfire Series by Sylvia Day if you liked Fifty Shades. The first book is similar to Fifty, but the second was much better. There's a third book coming out in May. I also LOVE Lauren Weisberger. She is writing a sequel to "The Devil Wears Prada" which will be out in the spring also.
In the past week I've read Three Girls and a Baby by Rachel Schurig (it was short and just okay), The Postmistress by Sarah Blake, and The Perks of Being a Wallflower by Stephen Chbosky. (I got a Kindle for Christmas...can you tell?!) Just before that I read 11/22/63 by Stephen King, which was really good.
I'm currently reading The Next Always: Inn Boonsboro Trilogy by Nora Roberts (I read the bride quartet and so I thought I'd give these a whirl! I like it so far, but I'm only about 20% in).
I have Abraham Lincoln: Vampire Hunter and The Help checked out on my Kindle for once I finish this book. I'm also on the waiting list for Gone Girl.
That is awesome news! I LOVED The Devil Wears Prada and I hope the sequel is just as amazing!
I felt the same way. The sequels didn't hold up to the original. I was really disappointed in them
I am currently reading The Discovery of Witches. I am just Meh about it right now but I think it is begininning to pick up.
I have made it my goal for the year to read 50 books. I am glad we have continued to do this because I love all the book suggestions!
Im currently reading Outside the lines by Amy Hatvany. Its a pretty good book that I am reading pretty quickly.I have no clue what I am going to read next though! I'm open to ideas
I've been reading like crazy the last few weeks because I'm not in school and I've finished Spin, Arranged and Forgotten, all by Catherine McKenzie. I think she may be my new favorite author!
Into the Wilderness series by Sara Donati
LOVE IT
then I will head back over to The Outlander Series by Diana Galabadon (sp ?)
