  • I am down 2.5 pounds this week. So glad to see the scale move in the right direction.

    Spent a great day with my kids, and am making a yummy smelling dinner. Plan to workout this evening. Hopefully I don't get in my own way.

    I have a mission to find delicious fudge recipes for the next 9 months, and have lots of willing guinea pigs for my test batches.

  • I lost 0.2 lbs this week - hehe. Hey, it's a loss. I didn't even think about what I was really eating until yesterday, so I'll take it.

    mentally I'm meh. but working on it. big project in the works for 2013 with some friends and that is inspiring to me. and certainly more interesting than work.

    Now drinking sleepytime tea at 10:30pm while (still) working, trying to counteract all the caffeine I had today to fight this migraine. While my head is now feeling better, I'm wide farking awake. argh.

  • I lost 21 pounds this week! :)

    Now begins the attempt at eating a normal amount of food despite breast feeding so I can lose the rest of the baby weight, plus more hopefully! Did really well yesterday.

  • I have been going to zumba and trying to cut down on my portions for 2 weeks.

    Although, I feel like i should havelost 40 lbs, i feel thinner. And you know that feeling like you feel like you should be wasting away. In reality, I am down 1.7 :)

    And yes, I hate that "omg I've been eating so well for 3 days and I should be a size 6 now" feeling. I have it today. It's been 3 days. Oy. We can do this ladies!

  • I have not gotten on the scale yet, but have been eating much better this whole week.  I think I will get on the scale on Monday and make it only once a week but not focus on the scale but more on how I feel.
