Waves...Hi
I've been sick with a bad viral sinus infection. Still sick but slowly getting better. Well enough to post.
H is going to Chicago tomorrow and will be back on Thursday (his birthday). I hope to be well enough to make him a cake.
How has the new year been so far for everyone else?

Going well for the most part. It didn't start off so well though! Last thing I did before going to bed on New Years Eve was jam my finger pretty good. At first I thought I had broken it because it instantly swelled, and I couldn't bend it. I went to OrthoIndy (since my sister told me to) on Wednesday, and they took X-rays and I didn't break it. It's still pretty sore and swollen some. I still can't make a normal fist. It's bruised all weird though. We'll see how it's doing at the end of the week. The walk-in clinic told me if it still hurt after a week or 2 to make an appointment with one of the doctor's there.
Last night, I went to Cheeseburger in Paradise with DH, my parents and sister, and DH's parents and sister for my birthday. I love Cheeseburger in Paradise's drinks. Delicious!
Other than that, nothing too exciting. We're ready to rent out our house, and I need to get back to the Gym desperately!

Ello!
NYE I worked bartending at H's restaurant and New Years Day we took a spontaneous road trip while my parents stayed with the kiddo. We drove up and spent the night in New Braunsfels and went wine tasting in Fredericksburg the next day. The only sucky part about the whole thing was that our heater core is broken in the car so it was a little col while driving but luckily I brought a blanket. But it was otherwise relaxing and fun since we had barely seen eachother for 10 consecutive minutes since mid-December.
Work will be picking up again mid-January.
I went back to the gym today! I had been going last month up until work got busy but I'm pretty sure I did A LOT of damage since then. Such a process.
Ugh, 2013 is not starting off very well. I've just felt pretty crappy lately. No reason in particular, just blah. I'm going back to the gym today, maybe that'll help improve my mood.
But - we do leave for Disney World in 19 days.. so I am looking forward to that!!

Congrats! That is awesome news!
The new year has been pretty good thus far. I've lost 2.5 lbs already! I'm trying to get back to my pre-baby/wedding weight, hopefully before summer. Still have a long way to go though.

It was 80 degrees and sunny today. I am enjoying FL weather lol
I had 2 weeks off of work for Christmas/New Years. We went back north and saw both our families one week, craziness running around to visit everyone. The next week I was home doing work to get ready to go back. I could use another break :P
Work is pretty busy this semester. They are expecting a lot of fundraising and extra-curricular stuff from me, which I'm not crazy about. Another teacher in my dept is awesome at planning ahead though so I feel like I have to keep up with her and it's making me plan ahead and be more prepared too!
