Washington-Oregon-California Road Trip: Along the Coast
Next September we are flying into Seattle, taking and Alaskan Cruise and then coming back and spending 5 days along the coast. We plan to stop in Portland and only go as far South as the Red Wood Forrest.
Any rec for must see, lodging, wineries, sights along the way?

Re: Washington-Oregon-California Road Trip: Along the Coast
Are you driving down from Seattle to Portland and then headed over to the coast? Or are you planning on heading over to the Olympic Peninsula from Seattle and then driving down the coast?
Along the Oregon Coast, Cannon Beach is my favorite stop.
In terms of wineries, you'll have tons of options. Woodinville (located outside of Seattle) has lots of wineries to visit, as does the Willamette Valley (located between Portland and the coast).
If you choose to drive down the Washington coast, I highly recommend a stop at the Hoh Rain Forest. I also love Lake Crescent as well as the views from Hurricane Ridge (all of these places are located within the Olympic National Park).
I also recommend a visit to Mount Rainier National Park but with only five days you might not have enough time for that since you have such a huge distance to drive.
