I recenty made pasties using the recipe that my grandma used. They are really good so we've been eating those for the last couple of days.
The menu this week includes:
Tater Tot Casserole
Chicken Pot Pie
Cheese Stuffed Burgers
Spaghetti
Chili
Chicken Strips with Mac & Cheese
I'm not really big on salads when I eat out but I still try them and I found one recently that I liked and I have been craving it ever since.

Tacos -homemade of course
Homemade Chicken Noodle Soup
Hubby's out tonight, so I'm taking a night off from cooking! Yay me! Except maybe something small for me.
Tues: Turkey Puffs
Wed: Italian Chicken
Thurs: Salmon Fried Rice
Fri: Greek Pizza
Sat: Coconut Chicken
Sun: Sweet and Spicy Bacon Chicken

I tried it last week...and DH asked if we could have it today
I also used this recepie as an inspiration last week...the only thing the same though was i did buffalo chicken and lettuce wraps...cooking method and spices were diffrent

Tonight: pork & chili stew over brown rice
Tues: jalapeno stuffed chicken
Wed: beef & broccoli
Thurs: leftover bolognese from Sunday night
Fri: out, I have an event for work
Sat: homemade pizza
everything except the pizza can be found on Skinnytaste!
Just looked up this recipe and it sounds delicious. I think I'll be trying it later this week
I also made the Picadillo from Skinnytaste last night, so we'll be having the leftovers tonight.
It was good. Although, not as spicy as I thought it would be with the chilies and jalapenos.
How was the picadillo?
It was ok...not as flavorful as I would have liked. I think I 'm going to try making it again and add more spices, capers, and olives than what the recipe calls for.
I cut the meat from 1.5 lbs to 1 lb....then kept the rest the same
