Delayed flights....
....irk my nerves! Our plane home from TX landed 4 hours before we were supposed to take off. Then as they initially are supposed to board they announce a 40 minute delay and say we'll start boarding in 20 minutes. We walk away only to come back in 15 minutes and see they've already stated boarding. We jump in line and board as they are changing our flight from delayed 40 minutes to delayed 70 minutes. After we sit they officially say we're leaving 80 minutes late so were gonna hold off on boarding anyone else so people aren't sitting on the plane (except for those unlucky ones who have boarded I guess). So we sit tight then they announce were now leaving about 90 minutes late so no one else will board for at least 30 minutes. We are allowed to get off...which we would if it wasn't the one flight ever that SS is with us. We can enjoy free direct tv until then...which we always pay for anyhow, so it's not really free. I'm so annoyed right now. We used to fly Continental which would compensate us for this annoyance....but since they've been taken over by United I'm sure we will get nothing....okay rant over!

Yes...we've been on the plane for about an hour...but it sounds like we're gonna take off "soon".
He will be east for a week but only with us until tomorrow night...but we do get him for a week at our house next month, so were really excited
I hope it gets going already!
YAY for SS coming next month for a week! We love our week in the summer with H's kids.

We got in about an hour and half late last night...not too bad. I understand planes get delayed, but its frustrating that you determine this as we're boarding! Oh well, at least we're home safely!
The ex has to travel for work, so her parents are going to watch him for her this week at their house in York. We will be watching him when she travels in Feb. We were going to extend our TX visit next month, but I realized it would save us a ton of money and be more fun for him if he came here for a week.
