Disappeared For a Few Days...semi long
Now back...with a fixed car! And totally broke. 1022 bucks later. Well, at least my car isn't crazy loud anymore. And the windshield wipers work. And we still have money for bills and food and gas, just not much else. Ahh well. Life goes on.
Anyways this whole thing was a nightmare to say the least. Won't go into the big long story, but I stayed in town for two days at the IL's. MIL drove me up a tree. She would not leave me alone for anything or fussing over me. She is a sweetheart and I really do love her and respect but man oh man...sometimes.....on the flip side, I read two of the three books in this series that I love. I got way behind in the books with college, wedding, home...etc. So now I just have one book to read and I am all caught up with the ones that are published! Haha.
Needless to say, I was very happy to return home...where I hadn't been since Friday night. Was also pleased to return home to a very clean apartment. = ) T knew that I was bummed that I had to stay in town on my days off because I wanted to get some major cleaning done. So he did a good chunk of it for me.
Today I am slightly nervous because it is the new manager's first day. I met her on Monday before I dropped my car off and she seemed very polite and nice but also strict on the rules and fair. I'm sure it'll take some getting used to but I'm going to take it as a learning experience if anything. (I may transfer stores to where my old manager went. It is much closer to my house. But it'll be at least a month if not more before that happens.)
Well, I'd say that's enough. Everyone enjoy their day! I'll catch back up with you all after work later tonight.

Great news about your car. And about your hubby helping to get the house cleaned up. Mine's been doing pretty great this past week too in helping out extra around the house. It's nice.
