DH and I are getting ready to list and are meeting with 3 different realtors this weekend. What are some key questions we should be asking to help us choose the best one to ultimately use?

1. How many homes have you sold in the past 6 months? 12 months? Look for activity and frequency...many irons in the fire.
2. How many condos have you sold in the past 6 months? 12 months?
3. Do you text your customers?
4. Can you be reached at night and on the weekends? RE deals happen at all hours. You don't want someone who "clocks out" at 5pm and comes back in at 9am.
5. Will you use a profssional photographer?
6. Will you do a 360 degree tour of our home?
