Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Seriously... fitness related
So I finally found a gentle yoga class... I finally got H signed up for the gym so he can work out on the machines while I am at yoga. I was finally cleared to go to yoga by my surgeon this week. I even was getting off work early.
Woke up this morning with a cough, sore throat, and feeling under the weather. 1 year of waiting and now I have to wait another week... seriously?
Ah well- a nice relaxing night with H instead :-)
