Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

I've had a rather chaotic morning. My oldest sister has had some serious health issues. She's had several strokes, but had been stroke free for 4 years, and living on her own with her 5 year old daughter. (Closely monitored) This morning my niece found her on the bathroom floor and was able to bring my sister to consciousness. Luckly H is off work today and is able to sit with my niece while my sister is at the hospital. I talked to my sister this morning and she sounded drunk, but much better than the last time she had a stroke. So, hopefully everything will turn out ok. Please send positive vibes this direction.

Do they know what causes these strokes?
She has an MTHFR deficiency.
