We have been tossing in craisins with our sauteed greens. We usually saute up some swiss chard, collard greens, kale, or broccoli rabe as our veggie most times, and in addition to the oil and garlic we've been adding craisins to balance the bitter greens. YUM.
This recipe from Bon Appetit - AMAZEBALLS.

I've been MIA but i am glad to see that the cooking club is revived!
For our wedding we had watermelon skewers and they were so delisc that now I make them regularly in the summer.
Basically take a chunk of feta a chunk of watermelon and put it onto a skewer then add a drizzle of olive oil and a slice of a mint sprig.
If you don';t have the mint basil works too for a bit less of flavor. Even just the watermelon and feta tossed with some balsamic makes a great summer salad!
