I was out to lunch with friends today discussing what to make for dinner. One suggested stir fry, but I don't have a wok. What wok do you have? Do you like it? Is there a wok that you would recommend?
Re: Wok
I have this one from Target (sorry I can't make thing clicky anymore):

It's a little too big for my cooking needs. I do like that it has a handle on both sides to help"shift" the foods around.

We have this one from Williams-Sonoma http://www.williams-sonoma.com/products/hammered-14-inch-wok/?pkey=cinternational-cookware&
We absolutely love it! It get's really hot (be careful!) and quickly stir fries. It's pretty inexpensive and great quality too!
Thanks for the suggestions! I'll look into them and see which I like best. I have cast iron frying pans. I've used frying pans and woks for stir fry and I find it is easier to do in a wok.
