As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

can I please vent
my husband and I have been looking at houses for about a month. Found one we loved, It was a HUD home. and we put in a bid and it was accepted(meaning the house is ours) So we wrote up a contract and submitted it. Its 11 days later and we set up the home inspection this week.
Well today our realtor called and said he has misspelled something in the contract. He said it was as small as instead of spelled something with and EN he put NE. and that made us lose the contract. Now the house is going back on the market and we have to start all over. I doubt we'll even get it this time since the bids last time were so close together. Our realtor said we won by a couple hundred bucks.
I'm so upset and mad because of a stupid typo. Why wouldn't they just let us resubmit a correctly spelled one?????
