Weight loss Wednesday (a day late)

Sorry ladies, I forgot to post this yesterday but how are the goals coming?

  • Oof, terribly. I've started using Lose It! on the iPhone, hopefully that helps. I find it so much harder to eat right in the winter. All I want is chili and mashed potatoes, LOL.

  • I finally went to the gym Tuesday!  I started C25K again,  but I couldn't finish.  My hamstrings were really tight... but I tried.  I'll go tonight after work and chiro appt.

    Been eating decent.  Meal planning really helps this.

  • I started weight watchers a week and a half ago. My first week I lost 5 pounds!! This week hasn't been going as well, though. I ate like crap today. We'll see on Sunday how things turn out.

  • I haven't been eating terribly this week, it's been better than the past few.  I maintained my weight from last Monday to this Monday. 

    I went to the gym last Saturday and did an hour of cardio.  My classroom was painted this week and I had to move my room on Tuesday and move it back today.  I still have some re-settling in tomorrow, so I am considering that a workout.

    I hope to get some cardio in at the gym this weekend again.
