Intro...
At the behest of a few Philly gals on the SAHM board on the bump, I am saying hi over here. I've tried out the bump Philly board, but it's dead - I might have posted here once or twice, but it's been awhile.
I am mostly on the bump SAHM, 12-24 and August '11. DH & I both grew up in South Jersey, but have lived almost exclusively in the Philadelphia area since we started college. We are in a suburb in Montco - just a few miles north the city. I have 2 girls, 4 & 17 months. We love the Phillies and hate hockey. (have to throw in a sports reference, right?)
I think that is it - hopefully I'll pop over here a bit, too.

Ha, then we truly are neighbors! Do you go to the town pool in the summer? Cause if you do, I'd probably recognize you, then.
this is funny, because mr. Eagles and I were SO close to buying in Glenside. It just did not work out in terms of his commute. Not that we are super close where we are now, but it is an easier drive with more route options

I'm not on here much, but welcome. : )
Eagles - so funny, it is actually a great place for DH's job, but we wanted to be able to access the city easily, so we can get to Fern Rock in less than 10 min. But, it's an odd location in some ways - it can be hard to get south of the city and it's a pain to get to south jersey for us, too.
JenD - so close, that is too funny.
He works in SJ! We did live the proximity to the city, but luckily we still have that here. We adore Glenside though, it's a great town
