Ladies! I hope everyone is doing well around here!

I'm loving being home and having time to try new recipes. And I'm also enjoying watching "The Chew"!

So, that brings me to ask, what's cooking this week?!

  • Sunday - fend for yourself

    Monday - boneless, baked and stuffed chicken (stuffed with bacon, cheese and onion), side of brussel sprouts

    Tuesday - leftover chicken and brown sugar carrots

    Wednesday - I've been invited out by some neighborhood ladies, so dinner out for me. Not sure about the boys...

    Thursday -  I have pork and colored peppers to use up, so either a saute mix with rice or fajitas

    Friday - attempting homemade pizzas (not that it'ssupposed to be hard to do, but "attempting" because I've never done it before!)

  • Good morning! I've been trying to stretch $$ so I've been making stuff that serves a lot of people (which means we can eat it a few nights or for lunch during the week)

    Fri - lobster mac & cheese, strawberry walnut spring salad

    Sat - salmon, sweet potato fries, salad

    Sun - breaded chicken, baked sweet potatoes, green beans

    Mon - Asian chicken seaseme pasta salad

    Tues - crockpot roast w/ veggies, mashed potatoes

    Wed - leftovers

    Thurs -  spaghetti & meatballs, garlic bread, salad

  • Monday - panko coated chicken and mac & cheese
    Tuesday - quick dinner - Noah has iceskating lessons
    Wednesday - lasagna, garlic bread, salad
    Thursday - tacos
    Friday - Noah has a birthday party, so he'll eat there, Walt and Brody will likely get a pizza and I'll grab something quick before the party.  

    Not a whole lot of cooking going on at my house!   

  • Friday - Potato Soup
    Saturday - we ordered out
    Sunday - Hot italian sausage, sweet potato fries
    Monday - sausage, tortellini and edamame toss
    Tuesday - turkey manwich, sweet potato fries
    Wednesday - leftovers
  • S-shepherd's pie

    M- Chickpea curry with rice

    T-pork tenderloin and sweet potato fries

    W-taco salad

    T- pasta with tomato braised white beans

  • Tuesday-broiled pork chops and asian slaw 

    Wed.-Manwich and sweet potato waffle fries 

    Thur.-Shepherd's Pie

    Friday- Chili's

    Sat.-Mad Mex

    Sunday-Chicken noodle soup and grilled cheese at my mom's

    Monday-Mac & Cheese

    Tuesday-Taco

    Wednesday-leftovers

  • Sun: crockpot beef stew

    Mon: chili

    Tues: pasta and salad

    Wed: leftover chili

    Thur: baked chicken, salad

    Fri: ??  

    Sat: Brian & I are going out with some friends, so we'll have dinner out somewhere (woohoo for a night out!)

  • my hubby has actually been home this week for me to cook. Ha. (not that I was compalining about not cooking!)

    saturday- pasta fagioli- knock off Olive garden recipe

    sunday- salmon and veggies

    monday- crockpot buffalo chicken sammichs

    tuesday- DH away- ww meal for me. lol

    wednesday- tbd

    thursday- crockpot italian sloppy joes

    Friday- bday party

  • Monday: cheesesteaks in the crockpot and fries

    Tuesday: tacos

    Wednesday: grilled chicken and quiona

    Thursday: GNO

    Friday: pizza

    Saturday-Sunday: TBD

  • Saturday: horseradish burgers, sweet potato fries and salad

    Sunday: homemade mac n cheese, salad

    Monday: ordered in pizza & hoagie

    Today: roasted chicken and carrot rissoto and roasted beets

    Tomorrow; tacos

    Thursday: leftover mac n cheese with veggies

  • I meal planned while grocery shopping last night, so it's more if a rough idea than a plan.

    Two Apples Soup, grilled cheese

    Sausage, stir-fry veggies, plus something the kids will eat... 

    Beans, beans and tomatoes (my own improvisation), noodles

    Brinner - scrambled eggs, blueberry pancakes, asparagus

    Crockpot  Lemon chicken, sweet potato fries, noodles

    breaded chicken, stir-fry veggies, rice

  • Oh how I wish I could meal plan. It would probably make things easier.... ;)

    I did just buy a Groupon for a subscription to Emeals. I'm hoping that will help me get in gear. Of course, I've already received 2 weeks of meal plans and still haven't used them. LOL

    Sunday night for dinner we had kielbasa and cheesy broccoli noodles

    Last night I made a big salad, and then I also made link sausages for DH & DD (since DH can't just eat a salad without any meat.)

     
  • Sunday - steak, baked potatoes, spinch & broccoli (at my parent's house)

    Monday - meat ravioli, corn on the cob & salad

    Tuesday - breaded pork chops, mac & cheese & peas

    Wednesday- breaded fish, rice & broccoli

    Thursday - chicken (not sure what kind), green bean fries

    Friday - pizza
