I was just at a meeting for work and some woman asked me when my baby was due. I am not pregnant. I can't believe the nerve of some people! Why would you ask a stranger when they're due? There goes all of my excitement of having lost 10lbs.

Wow, you'd think as a woman she would know better than to ask unless the lady was practically in labor!
That really sucks. If it makes you feel any better, that will probably be one of the top 3 embarrassing moments for that lady until the day she dies.

That is so incredibly rude! The cardinal rule of pregnancy is you do not assume someone is pregnant (even if they look 9 months pregnant) without them saying it first.
I don't understand people sometimes, they really just don't think. If I was feeling bitchy I might say back to her "when's your baby due."

Strangely she didn't seem at all embarrassed. More like it was just a misunderstanding so her social cues are very off! And of course I didn't have any snappy comebacks at the time but have been having fun coming up with them since. I should at least be able to poke fun at my awkward/embarrassing moment!
