So today I got 4 emails thanking me for my amazon orders totaling $31.00 from game stuff Adam bought. ![]()
The Nabi has a Mommy mode and the app store is only in that side and then I can also pick and choose what apps show up on his wall.
Then problem is if he is playing a game that is on his side it lets him purchase related games and in this case coins or lives.
I went to my amazon account to try to set up passwords or something for ANY PURCHASE and all I can find is 1 click ordering which was ON for the Nabi- if I turn that off- will that keep him from making purchases? will that make me have to sign in everytime?
I couldn't find a clean explaination of if that is what I am looking for and I hate to click on something and end up buying that too!!
TIA!
Re: Amazon users question- appstore and mobile kids...
We had this problem too, but thankfully I caught it right away and it was only $10...so I was able to get it taken care of right away!!!
As for how to set it up go into mommy mode, amazon App Store...hit the three menu bar thing at bottom left...then the menu should pop up, hit settings then turn off in app purchases, set parental controls!

You might try writing to Amazon's customer service to see if they'll remove the charges - I know I've accidentally purchased a book on my kindle when trying to look at a description and they've been able to reverse the charge and remove the book. GL!
