Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Re: Weightloss Wednesday
We are doing ok. We started eating better. Not only is it good for us, but it is good for the wallet. We went back to the gym last night and did an hour and 15 minutes of cardio. We are going to start with that and then add weights in after we lose some lbs.
I also got an audiobook from the library which is really nice. It is the first time that I am doing an audiobook and I think that I like it.
My eating is improving. I kind of ignore the cravings for junk, which don't go away, but I am not eating as much of it. I lost a pound this past week.
And here are the excuses...
I was going to go to the gym Monday, but we had a storm and it was getting icy, so I didn't want to go out and get hurt. Yesterday I was just drained, but I was going to go anyway. When I got home from work I found out my mom was hurt at work and had to leave early AND my dog was sick. I stayed in my mom's bed and cuddled them both. My mom is ok. Today, I just don't feel like it. I am drained. Maybe after dinner I will do a little something here. I know once I get into a flow, I will be able to work out, it's just finding the motivation to do something.
