  • Pretty good, I actually just got back to work from the gym.  I read on the elliptical, at the gym, on my lunch.  You lose your place once in a while, but it definitely makes the time fly to read while working out.  Foodwise I'm doing really well too.  My bathroom scale disagreed with me this morning, but I'm back on track!
  • I've been eating decent, but I still don't have motivate to work out.  Not even my fat jeans getting tight.  H is suppose to go with me tonight, maybe that will motivate me...

  • We are doing ok.  We started eating better.  Not only is it good for us, but it is good for the wallet.  We went back to the gym last night and did an hour and 15 minutes of cardio.  We are going to start with that and then add weights in after we lose some lbs. 

    I also got an audiobook from the library which is really nice.  It is the first time that I am doing an audiobook and I think that I like it.  :)

  • My eating is improving.  I kind of ignore the cravings for junk, which don't go away, but I am not eating as much of it.  I lost a pound this past week.

    And here are the excuses...

     I was going to go to the gym Monday, but we had a storm and it was getting icy, so I didn't want to go out and get hurt.  Yesterday I was just drained, but I was going to go anyway.  When I got home from work I found out my mom was hurt at work and had to leave early AND my dog was sick.  I stayed in my mom's bed and cuddled them both.  My mom is ok.  Today, I just don't feel like it.  I am drained.  Maybe after dinner I will do a little something here.  I know once I get into a flow, I will be able to work out, it's just finding the motivation to do something.

  • I'm still working on the eating better thing....I'm doing decent at it. I didn't gain or lose last week, but I did eat horribly a couple of days and ignored my WW points. I'm back on track this week and crossing my fingers that it's enough to lose some more this week! H and my roommate aren't the most supportive, but I've got one of my good friends going on this journey with me which helps.

  • I am doing ok but we were supposed to go to the gym last night and found out there was a fire in the business next door to our gym and because of the smoke damage our gym will be closed for 2 weeks. On top of that because we could not go to the gym we went to the store and did some shopping and while we were out we grabbed dinner at red robin.... fantastic not only did we not work out I ate one days worth of calories in one meal. Oh well... we don't do that very often. Now I have to remember to start packing gym clothes with me so I can hit up the gym where I work because not going for 2 weeks would be a bad idea.
