Ugh this is the most dreaded questions for me! I'm stuck in a rut with dinner ideas so I'm hoping to be inspired by what you ladies are having.
Tacos sounds great...I'd love them but H won't eat Mexican style food (crazy right?!) I have to go to Chipotle alone when I want a burrito lol

I sometimes wish H liked Mexican food a little less. Whenever I ask him what he wants for dinner, he always says tacos or Mexican casserole, which I refuse to make every day, lol
haha My H too...he could eat mexican everyday!
Thats too funny...H always wants steak and potatoes...or something with potatoes and I seriously can't eat them anymore, I'm so sick of them!

This is always my H too! If it's not potatoes he complains.
I'm making pollo potacchio with polenta and veggies. It's one of my favorite SkinnyTaste recipes!
I am a mexican nut and thankfully so is MH. We could easily eat mexican everynight of the week....
Tonight, though, is chicken parmesan in the slow cooker. It is so cold here right now that my slow cooker is once again my blessing. I have so little ambition to cook when it's this cold, so I let that cooker do the work for me!
I changed my mind and am going to try making this tonight and adding chicken.
Just call us... We will eat Chipotle anyday.
But... I didn't care for Mexican when H and I met. He's such a Mexican nut, I had no choice but to develop a taste for it.
I like to say I just hadn't had good Mexican before him!
It's such a gloomy day, we're having Chili for dinner. It's beocme one of my go-tos. Plus it always gives us lots of leftovers which we can bring for lunch for a couple of days

My problem? H IS Mexican so... I can never make it as good as Mama and it is pretty much all he ever wants
I can only take it so much.
I just threw chicken, potatoes and green beans in the crock pot with Italian seasoning. It's good and super easy!
I wish we were having tacos! I need to get to the store to get some ground turkey now...
Haha omg I get that too...H is Italian and I don't make sauce like his mom or grandmother make...I'm close, but still not exact! lol

lol! Me too! He said my enchiladas were THISCLOSE! Almost there.
I liked it but H only thought it was ok. I changed it enough so it was 9 pts+ for 1/4 of the casserole dish. Which was a lot of food so I was very happy.
