Coupon Book for Valentines Day

So I've been on this kick of making handmade gifts for people. So for Valentines Day this year I'm making a coupon book for my husband. I want to make 12 coupons (1 for each month, but he can use them whenever). I'm getting stuck with some ideas though.

So far I have:

  • Night of video games
  • Date night of his choice
  • 20 min back scratch
  • Car wash & detailing
  • No nagging
  • Dinner of his choice
  • A day of no dog duty

Re: Coupon Book for Valentines Day

  • Breakfast in Bed

    foot rub

    Get out of Jail free???

  • I wouldn't do "no nagging"- perhaps if there is a certain thing he doesn't like hearing about you could say "a day without budget conversation" or something.... But that's just me. I wouldn't want to indicate that I thought I was a nag :)

Control of the remote, Permission to skip an errand (if he doesn't want to go to the mall with you, for example), You'll mow the yard (if you have one) - or some other chore he usually does: trash, bathrooms, etc., A night of you being the designated driver (say if you go out with friends),

Warning No formatter is installed for the format bbhtml
  • i agree about nixing the 'no nagging' one. i also like the 'permission to skip an errand'

    what about:

'steak dinner night' (or whatever else is his favorite)

    'beer and hockey/football/sports night'

'go to bed early'  *ahem* =)

    'couples shower/bath'

'get out of X chore duty' (laundry, dishes, scrubbing toilets, etc)

    'movie of his choice night'

'extra dessert night' or "sweet treat" (either bake for him, or buy his favorite!)

    'sleep in an extra hour'
