Chip steak recipes?
We received a few packs in our cow share. Anyone have a recipe using chip steak other than cheesesteaks? Yes, I've googled but haven't come up with much.

Creamed chip beef? That's definitely one of my guilty pleasures. I bet it'd be amazing from scratch.

I know it's along the lines of a cheesesteak but have you seem that pin with the cheesesteak stuffed bell peppers? A little healthier than a cheesesteak.
If its like thin sliced ribeye that you can cut I have sliced those into long strips and cooked with diced onion then blotted grease off and made a healthier Mac and cheese with lowest cheese and milk and then throw the meat and onions and a can of diced tomatoes. Kind of like cheesesteak pasta
you definitely want to use chipped corned beef for this. It'sy favorite guilty pleasure breakfast!
