weekend plans
It's Super Bowl weekend! What's everyone up to?
Today: I'm ducking out of work early to run some errands, do some cooking for the weekend and straighten up the house. Tonight I will probably fall asleep early because I'm a party animal!
Tomorrow: We have a dinner party with 4 other families. We do this once a year and it's a great time. All the kiddos play really well together and they are all just so cute haha. I'm in charge of baked macaroni and cheese.
Sunday: DH is going to his uncle's for a SB party. The kid and I were of course invited but I declined. I am sending buffalo chicken dip and cinnamon rolls with him, which I will be prepping tonight as well.
Re: weekend plans
Tonight I'm having dinner with my SIL and a friend of ours.
Rest of the weekend is dedicated to priming and painting the dresser for the boys room and cleaning! With the kitchen demo going on there is dust everywhere and from the rain there is muddy foot and paw prints alll over the first floor (and paw prints up the steps and down the hallway!). Thank god for hardwood floors but I was waiting for demo to be done to clean. In the meantime DH will hopefully hand the new cabinet in the bathroom. Just lots of organizing!

Nothing tonight, thank goodness. I'm exhausted from being out late at the Lumineers concert. I.am.old.
Saturday - I have a massage scheduled in the morning, then cleaning/grocery shopping/laundry
Sun - lunch with a friend and then to a SB party in the afternoon.

What what, I actually have a packed weekend for a change!
I'm heading up to CT this weekend for my nephews first birthday which was technically yesterday but we'll be celebrating tomorrow. I love this kid. I know I'm not allowed to have a favorite, but seriously, this kid is part of the reason I finally decided it was time to have one of my own. Just look at him.
We'll also be telling my family that I'm preggers so that should also be a lot of fun. I haven't thought of how to go about the reveal, should anyone have any suggestions for me...
We'll drive back on Sunday. A friend is hosting a super bowl party that I'm hoping to make it to but we'll see how we feel after our family-filled weekend and long drive.
Was it an amazing concert? I'm jealous!

Ooo, now I'm seething with jealously! But glad you had a good time.

tonight: getting my hair did and a mani and pedi
tomorrow: wedding
sunday: recover and SB party at the 'rents
Tonight - happy hour. Happy Hour is super cheap when you can only have water!
Tomorrow - outlets and cleaning
Sunday - we're hosting a super bowl party at our house, so I'll be cooking all day
You make a valid point there.
I like the idea of getting everyone together for a picture and instead of "say cheese" say something like "we're having a baby" or something like that and capturing everyone's reaction.
Or maybe get a big cousin shirt for the nephew?
Tonight: Work
Saturday: My dad and his gf are coming down from NY to celebrate our birthdays, so we will probably just be hanging out with them around the house
Sunday: FIL may be coming over to hang and watch the SB and try out Martin's smoker that he got for his b-day. Also I will be getting ready to start my new job on Monday! Yay!

monday i get to go take the 3hr gtt ha. and then we take m to chop for a hearing test.
Tonight--Dinner out with friends
Tomorrow--Going shopping for a new hood to go over our stove. So exciting.
Sunday--None of DH's teams are in the SB, so I won't be forced to suffer through it this year. We might go out to dinner with some non-football fan friends.
Tonight - Chill girls night at a friends house
Tomorrow - Work and we need to get the house back in order but maybe dinner and movies later,,,we got some gift cards we can use
Sunday- My H wants to go to his friends Superbowl party...I really dont, I might send him by himself or see if anything we can compromise on is going on
Tonight- Laying low with take out
Tomorrow- General stuff around the house/errands. Dinner with my parents.
Sunday- Packing for our trip. Maybe visiting a friend who had a baby two weeks ago. And, he is meeting up with friends for the Super Bowl. I will stay home, and watch my "girly" shows.
Last night we planned on sushi and a movie but I was a zombie from the pain meds I took and instead ate a can of soup and was asleep on the couch by 7. boo
Today- I am working till 1 then a birthday party then maybe dinner out with my cousin
Tomorrow- laundry, light cleaning, food shopping, then a big superbowl party at my cousin's, I didn't plan to go originally since DH already had plans but I figured it is something to do and my kids will be entertained. I plan to socialize and eat since I couldn't even tell you what teams are playing
