As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Advice...
Ladies, I am about to make a call to my former employer (boss) to see if he has a job opening coming up, but I am stuck because I don't know what to say or how to approach. I know I could email him, but making a phone call would be more personal. I am shaking with nerves....any advice or suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

How you approach this phone call would all depend on how you and your boss left things when you parted from the company. What is your history with the job, why did you leave the job, and how did the separation happen?
