Valentine's Day
What is everyone doing for Valentine's Day for their H? We aren't planning on doing anything extravagent but still want to do something, since it is our first V-Day together as H and Wife. Any ideas? I thought about doing my own boudoir shot but I'm concerned about where I would have the pictures printed.

We don't have any specific plans yet. I'll probably end up getting H some candy and a nice card.
I'd love to do something fun that night (dinner, movie or something) but I feel like everythings going to be SO busy...maybe I'll call around to a few places today and see if we can get a reservation for dinner somewhere. If not I'll make something nice/special for dinner and rent a movie, and H and I can snuggle on the couch together!
(possible TMI-if I get the ok to have sex at my appointment on the 13th, then H and I will be doing lots of this on V-day...since it's been a while
....)

I bought H a robe...it's very fluffy and luxurious =]
As far as the day of, not sure. We both have to work, so probably just something low key. Love the 14 days of love idea, though!

This year H will be in PA doing a training for work, so we won't be doing anything. We don't really make a big deal out of Vday anyways.

We don't have any plans, but I'll probably make a fancy dinner and we'll have an evening in. Sounds romantic enough for me

H and I don't really do much for V day. I'm not a big fan of V day so we usually just get each other a little something. H is in need of some new sweatpants in the worst way...so I ordered a couple of pairs yesterday. Real romantic huh?? I figured I'd say something cute like to keep him warm when I can't!
Anyway....one year I cut out a whole bunch of hearts and wrote on each one something that I loved about him and plastered these hearts all over the house. He LOVED this and still has the hearts. In fact, one of them he still has hanging on his mirror so he can look at it every morning. Super easy and cheap way to let them know how much you love them and everything they do for you....if you're looking for ideas.
I love this idea! I have no clue what we are doing or what I will get DH. I'm thinking maybe something low key and I'll cook a nice dinner?

Unfortunately I don?t think we can do anything this year.. In Nov we bought a 70" TV and we just bought a new sectional yesterday. And I bought hubby a really nice leather chair for him to sit in when he is in his man cave playing his Xbox.
So all of the amazing things we just got will have to count as part of V-day gifts!

**Update** Just made reservations at The Capital Grille for Valentines Day...H will be SO excited, it's been a while since we've been there and they have the BEST steaks ever...and H's favorite: Lobster Mac and Cheese! Yipee!
AND, I'm going to use littleshrink's idea of writing on paper hearts and spreading them all around the house...I've already started a list of what I'm going to write

We're not celebrating on the day of since the 14th is my grandfather's 86th birthday and we're having him and my parents over. We're still having a date night; SIL is getting married in June and we're all going for our hair and make-up trials on Sunday the 17th, DH and I are going out for a nice dinner downtown after!
I love the idea of putting hearts around the house with stuff you love about DH written on them! I might steal that
