My brother and SIL told us last night that they are pregnant! It's very very early (7 weeks)... and they told us on the way to the party, which made for a very difficult evening ![]()
She had I had a moment of privacy in the kitchen, and she said that she was really hoping that after they told us, we'd say, guess what, us too! But no.. I couldn't.
If anyone has an eye for these sort of things, though, I have a slight bit of hope. Chart Stalk? Am I crazy to have hope? Am I just wishing too hard?
I need some tough love, I think

Re: Shhh! I'm not allowed to tell anyone!! (and a FF question) *updated*
Your temps are still up!
Are you late yet? Even if you're a day or two before AF is expected, I'd take a FRER test tomorrow morning (unless of course AF visits between now and then)

I agree! I would take one tomorrow if AF doesn't show up. And then of course test once a day until eith BFP or AF.
and then....post here and let us know

I am possibly a day 'late.'
I am iffy on the crosshairs, though, because FF originally had them (dotted) at CD19.. Then the second spike happened, and FF moved them (still dotted) to CD24 or something.
I used OPKs through CD19, but only 1x a day, so I even though I didn't get a fully +OPK, I did see the fade in, and fade out that I usually get. I put the +OPK in at CD16 because that's when the fade in (pretty darn close to +) turned to fade out. Once I entered the +OPK, FF solidified the CH at CD17.
I know that it doesn't really matter, and could just be a very wonky cycle, but I have only had one 30 day cycle in the past year or so (since I started paying attention). Today is CD30. No AF.
HPT (wondfo, the kind that come with the IC OPKS) yesterday was negative, which is why I feel like I'm holding out hope for no reason... but given the crazy CH situation, there's a slight chance it was too early.. But if that's the case, then I'm not even 'late' yet.
ha.
I'm a mess.

Of course, now that I've even mentioned it, I'm sure AF will be here by the time I leave work.
I just wish there was a 'Reality Steve' for AF. I'd love to check out his spoilers!

This is probably the BEST thing I have ever heard about TTC! It drives me crazy to sit and worry about AF and the minute you talk about it BAM there is AF to ruin it all.
I'd say it's possible you O'd on CD19 instead of CD17 making you 11DPO instead of 13.
If you have the internet cheapies or some dollar store tests, I would go ahead and test (but I'm a pee pusher). Otherwise, I would stick with the FRER or any pink dye test. The blue dye tests are notorious for false positives, and the digital "Not Pregnant" is a big slap in the face.
And I agree... keep testing until you get your BFP or AF shows up.... and then come post here. Because if you don't you'll get CALLED THE F OUT apparently.
ETA: If this isn't your cycle, keep using OPKs throught your cycle, even if you think you see a fade in/out until you get an obvious temp shift and CHs. It's common for your body to rev up to O, and then not. So that second or third temp spike could possible be O, or the first one... lol Who knows. I've got my FX for you!

Haha.. lesson learned
I thought for sure either CD17 or CD19 was it, so I quit.. but then sure enough, here's CD24. I will certainly keep testing from here on out
I also feel stupid being all 'my body is never this wonky' because obviously, it's always a possibility, and even though I've never had a cycle longer than 30 days, that doesn't mean it can't happen..
I know better... haha.
I have a few more IC left, so I'll probably use those up before heading out to get a FRER. Especially with the CD17/CD19 confusion. I'll probably hold off on the FRER until Weds at the earliest, assuming AF doesn't show between now and then!
And yes, I will definitely let you all know one way or the other...

Oh My God...this was the longest version of greek that I have never been able to read! How in the world all of you ladies keep up with this is truely beyond me. I am thinking you all have rocket science degrees for this craziness!
In a nutshell....Carey....I'm hoping that this turns out the way that you want, which I'm hoping means baby on board!
haha thanks
I am fairly certain this is all for naught, but for some reason I always have a little bit of hope, just in case
I really appreciate your efforts to get through the greek
Glad you got the basic idea
