I didn't sleep well last night, I'm going to be like a zombie with the trainer at the new job. I'm a nervous wreck, but our home has to be good right? right?
I'm going to go vomit now.....

This. My parents home study consisted of someone showing up, making sure my parents were capable parents/responsible people and knew to follow basic safety principles like having the smoke alarm working and no exposed wires and working hot water. I think the advice/prep/info out there on home studies tend to over prepare you and its not nearly as painful as expected as long as you are yourself and demonstrate that you can reasonably take care of yourselves and therefore take care of a child in a way that will be beneficial to the child.
The social worker told us my moms place was far cleaner and up to par then a lot of places that get approved, they are not looking for perfection, just that you are not a hoarder or live in unsanitary conditions and that you will be a fit parent (which is sounds like you won't have any problems with!).
