Now that we've lived through our first diaper explosions... what is the best way to clean E's clothes afterwards? Getting the clothes into the laundry immediately isn't always going to work (she inevitably made her biggest messes when we were out, then at 2am, and just after we had finished the last load of wash)...so I am looking for rinsing, spot cleaning, and general stain avoiding advice. TIA!

Re: FFQ - baby laundry
We've never had any stains (knock on wood!) but DH is really good with laundry and stains. He always wets them and then rubs some dawn into the stain and leaves it wet until we gets a chance to do a load of laundry.

Congrats to my TTC buddies Amberley18 and tdmd09!
After 25 months- medicated cycles and a failed IUI- The most planned surprise baby ever is on his way!
I do the same.

Congrats to both my TTC buddies, Amberley18 and sb2006 on their beautiful babies!
This is my plan.

Yep, they make baby oxyclean. Use cold water.
this is what I do too. I had re-soak a white onsie once as it was still stained after a soak and wash, but it all came out the second time.
when we're out of the house, I have a wet bag in the diaper bag for this kind of situation-- I try to wet the stain if I have access to a sink-- and then put it in the wetbag. Once home, I have an oxyclean stain removal spray, that I spray on the stain, rub it in, rinse it out, and spray & rub again and let it sit. Then I rinse right before I do a laundry load and just wash with other clothes on warm or hot). So far, this has worked for us.
I've heard the oxyclean bucket suggestion from friend IRL, but haven't tried it myself.
