Lebanon valley modular homes?

Has anyone purchased or dealt with homes such as this one?

We have toured this particular home and really love it but it seems a little too good to be true...

Re: Lebanon valley modular homes?

  • I actually work for a custom modular home builder, though not this particular one.  Just like traditional site builders, I'm sure some modular home builders are better than others.  There are a lot of advantages to modular building, including the money you save by minimizing your builder's time on site.  Let me know if you have any specific questions and I'll try to answer them.  I can say that if I were ever in the position to build a new home myself, I would definitely use a modular company.
  • Ditto PP - I work for a custom modular manufacturing company.  And there are many pros to purchasing a modular home.  But just like the PP said, some modular builders are going to be better than others.  Just take your time and research.
