Annoyed and a bit nervous
I knew for about a week that I had a meeting after school today with my student's mom and one of the teacher. I agreed to it last week when asked. My first thought should have been, since the teacher is on probation, did you ask everyone else if this is ok.
Needless to say, I just found out that none of my other co-workers knew about it. In a way, he can crash a burn, but at the same time, I can't fully participate in the meeting because I don't want to incriminate myself- even though it was the principal that told me not to say anything- so it is not like my job is in jeopardy at all. It just is no fun at all.

Might be a little bit late...but yes you are completely correct. As someone who sits on the IEP team for out students, no decision can be made without an IEP team meeting and an admendment or full on revision.
